We sure have had a fun week at school! Some of the highlights include: playing with fake snow, playing with REAL snow, making gingerbread man ornaments, watching a Cinderella play, santa craft with our book buddy, and making ornaments for the school Christmas tree. I hope you enjoy these pictures from our week!
They had so much fun playing with fake snow. They traced letters and tried to build a snowman. Too bad it wasn't real snow.
Surprise!!! The next day we got real snow! We couldn't resist bundling up and going outside for a few pictures!
We read the book, The Gingerbread Man. After that we made ornaments with applesauce and cinnamon. They smell so good! They will be hanging on your Christmas tree soon!
The Fine Arts class has been working on Cinderella this semester. They gave us a short preview this week. The play will be Dec. 14 at 7:00 and Dec. 15 at 2:00. They did a fantastic job!
Mrs. Speck taught us a big word this week...Symmetry. She even had a fun game to help us learn!
Today we placed our reindeer ornaments on the Christmas Tree in the Eagle's Nest.
We ended our week spending time with our Book Buddies. They helped us color and put a beard on Santa.
